Marking 300 days since October 7th #BringThemHomeNow

Today we mark 300 days since October 7th.

We think of the over 1,200 victims of the terrorist attack on Israeli citizens, of the hostages still held in Gaza and of the countless families that have been destroyed in this war.

Since October 7th, the JLC, working alongside other communal organisations, has positioned itself at the forefront of the community’s response. This has ranged from holding vigils, marching against antisemitism and holding online community briefings, to meeting with high-ranking policy makers to strengthen the community's political security and rolling out our unique Forge the Future strategy for the UK Jewish community post October 7th.

For 300 days, we have mourned the loss of life both in Israel and Gaza and prayed for the safe return of those hostages still in Hamas captivity. We call on governments around the world to do all they can to Bring Them Home Now.
