As a leader in the not-for-profit sector, harnessing the power of AI responsibly is critical to achieving your organisation's mission and driving meaningful impact. This full-day program combines an expert-led morning session with a practical afternoon workshop to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and techniques needed to define and implement an actionable AI adoption strategy.

Prior to the program, you will complete an AI Readiness Self-Assessment to evaluate your organisation’s current capabilities and identify key gaps across leadership, culture, technology, and governance. These insights will inform the day’s sessions, ensuring tailored guidance and actionable outcomes.

Through strategic discussions and hands-on exercises, you’ll learn how to align AI with your mission, address ethical and governance challenges, and build a roadmap to scale impactful initiatives. Leave with a clear plan and practical insights to navigate AI adoption with confidence and purpose.

This is a full-day in-person workshop. A kosher lunch is included.

Cost: £95 for JLC member organisations, £110 for non JLC member organisations

The course will be held in a NW London venue, which will be disclosed nearer to the event

    • Understand your current organisation’s AI readiness and identify areas for improvement

    • Craft a compelling AI vision aligned with their organisational goals

    • Identify high-impact AI initiatives and prioritise them for implementation

    • Develop practical success metrics to measure and communicate AI impact

    • Build an actionable AI roadmap, including responsible AI guardrails, to drive initiatives forward

    • Gain a clear understanding of Responsible AI practices and ethical compliance, enabling you to promote trust and accountability in your organisation’s AI journey
