Leading with Confidence: Our Dangoor Cohort take part in the Windsor Leadership Programme

The third cohort of the Dangoor Senior Leadership Programme attended their first residential with Windsor Leadership earlier this week.  The two-day programme provided a unique opportunity for the group of senior professional and lay leaders to explore community and leadership challenges as well as allowing time to focus on their personal leadership journeys.  The experience was expertly facilitated by the Windsor Leadership team and the group heard from an alum holding a senior national role who shared personal insights, prompting much discussion.  There was also opportunity to build stronger networks with their peers and reflect on key issues.  The programme continues over the next 12 months and includes elements such as 1:1 coaching, mentoring opportunities, peer learning groups and bitesize learning.

One participant shared that “It is an honour and a privilege to be part of the DSLP cohort. I have already been able to develop a number of key leadership capabilities, new skills and perspectives to grow as a leader and benefit my organisation and the wider community. I have been able to network with fantastic people who share common goals, values and thirst to impact others.
