Congratulations to those honoured in His Majesty The King's New Year Honours List

A number of individuals from our member organisations have been rightly recognised in His Majesty The King's New Year Honours. We want to extend our congratulations to all those recognised, especially those who have made a difference in the Jewish community.

First and foremost, we would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Chief Rabbi, who has been honoured for their dedication and service to the Jewish community.

We also want to congratulate Rachel Riley who has been recognized for her efforts in combatting antisemitism. In addition to her role as a host on the popular show "Countdown," Rachel has been vocal in speaking out against antisemitism and has worked to raise awareness about the issue. It is for her tireless work in this important cause that she has been honoured.

Marie van der Zyl, the President of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, has also been recognised in the New Year Honours. Marie has worked tirelessly as a vocal advocate for the rights and interests of the community. It is for these efforts that she has been recognised.

Mark Gardner, from the Community Security Trust (CST), has been honoured for his charitable efforts. Mark has worked tirelessly to keep the Jewish community safe and has been instrumental in the fight against hate crime.

Congratulations to all of the honorees!
