Celebrating 10 Years of Lead

Last week, Lead, our leadership development division, celebrated its 10th anniversary. The celebration which was sponsored by the Rubin Foundation brought together over 120 programme alumni, lay leaders and trustees who have been connected to the various Lead programmes over the past decade. 

JLC Vice Chair and Lead Chair Debra Fox and JLC Co-Chief Executive Michelle Janes reflected on Lead’s achievements for the community and in leadership development. Since 2011, over a thousand people have joined Lead’s development programmes and sessions and professionals, and numerous alumni now lead organisations in either a lay or professional capacity.
