Follow the Leader: Leadership vs. Management

Leadership and management both have a huge impact on the effectiveness of a department or organisation. Although they are used interchangeably, they are not the same and skills and competences need to be developed in both.

The aim of this session is to provide an opportunity for managers to assess and reflect on their competencies as both a manager and leader. The session will be interactive in nature and provide opportunities for the delegates to discuss their own challenges and draft an action plan to tackle them.
