Following our successful pilot last year, the JLC and Leading Edge are partnering again to offer an Employee Experience Survey to UK-based Jewish organisations. The survey will help organisations to understand the barriers and motivations their employees experience working professionally in the community, allowing them to identify areas of success and areas for growth.

By taking part in the survey, organisations will also be contributing to the UK-wide sector data, which the JLC will analyse, sharing overall results to benefit the wider community. All responses will be 100% confidential and individual organisations will not be referenced in the wider analysis.
